About Boy Mom Book Club

A Place to Keep Growing While We Raise Them

I’m Dr. Victoria Bryson—a mom, reader, lifelong learner, and the person behind Boy Mom Book Club.

I created this community because I believe something important:

Becoming a mother doesn’t mean we stop becoming.

We are still women with questions, dreams, relationships, faith, interests, ideas, and a desire to grow.

And at the same time, we’re raising boys who are becoming men.

That’s a pretty big job.

I wanted a place where we could do both.

Why a Book Club?

Because books have a way of opening doors.

A good book can make us laugh, challenge something we believe, give us language for something we’ve been feeling, or start a conversation we didn’t know we needed.

And sometimes, the book isn’t even the point.

The conversation is.

Boy Mom Book Club takes what we’re reading and asks:

What does this mean for us?

What can we learn from it?

How might it change the way we live, love, and mother?

What I Hope We Build Together

A community where moms can:

READ books that challenge and encourage us.

REFLECT honestly on what those books are teaching us.

RAISE boys with strength, compassion, confidence, character, humility, and wisdom.

Not perfectly.

Together.

Because We Don’t Have to Do This Alone.

There will be books that change the way you see something.

Conversations that stay with you.

Guests who make you think.

And probably a few moments when you realize another mom has been wondering the exact same thing.

That’s the kind of community I want Boy Mom Book Club to be.

A place where we can pull up a chair, bring our real questions, and keep growing alongside one another.

You don’t have to finish the book to belong at the table.
